Removal & takedown

This is a working notice-and-action channel, not a formality. Every notice is read by a person and answered with a written decision explaining the outcome — including when we decline, and why.

Two things worth knowing before you start

  • You can always have your whole profile erased. That is a legal right under GDPR Article 17 and we honour it.
  • You cannot have an individual review removed just for being negative, and no payment will change that. A review comes down only for a listed policy reason, and the reason is published in our moderation log.
