What is Bundle?
Also called: multi-month discount, subscription bundle
A bundle is a prepaid multi-month subscription sold at a discount to the monthly price — three months for the price of two, for example. You pay the whole amount up front and the discount applies to the full period.
What it means for you
- A bundle is a bet that the account will keep delivering for the whole period. That is reasonable for an account with a long, consistent posting history, and unreasonable for one you have never paid for.
- It removes your ability to leave after one bad month, which is the main protection a monthly subscription gives you.
- It also weakens your dispute position: a cancelled monthly subscription is a small loss, a prepaid bundle on an account that goes quiet is a much harder conversation.
- The practical rule is not to buy a multi-month bundle on an account you have not already paid for one month. The discount is real, but it is rarely worth surrendering the only protection you have, which is the ability to stop.
- Bundles are also the place where an account winding down does the most damage. A creator who is losing interest rarely announces it, and the first visible sign is usually a gap in posting that arrives after the money has already moved.
A concrete example
A creator offers three months for the price of two. Month one is exactly as advertised; from week five the posting stops with no explanation. You have paid for two more months and cancelling does not refund them.
Illustrative. Not a real account, and not based on one.
How this shows up in reviews here
Bundles appear in reviews when an account went quiet mid-period. That is a delivery failure with a specific, documentable shape, and it is one of the more useful things a review can record.
